We are so grateful for our friends at Divine Consign & Boutique We had our Fall Shopping event in early November and as always it was both fun and a great way to reach some of the community. Shop owner Eileen has been a dedicated supporter of Kyle's Legacy since the incorporation of our organization.
In late October, we held a comedy event in memory of and in honor of two very special pups. Remy lost his battle with cancer and his brother Pete is bravely fighting still. His family hosted this event to benefit Kyle's Legacy and to show the strength of their love for their boys. We raised over $2400!
Another first this year was our Vendor Fair at Stone Path Malt. We had 17 Vendors in addition to ourselves and connected with many new audiences! We raised just over $1200! Grateful to the community for their participation and attendance.
Another successful event hosted by Jr's Paws for a Cause that we are grateful to be part of. Baramor in Newton continues their ongoing charity by holding these dog friendly events at their fabulous restaurant & bar,
The Friends of Attleboro Animal Shelter 19th Annual Harvest Fest to benefit the shelter was another awareness and networking event we were invited to. These vendor fairs are a great way for us to share our mission, connect with the community and raise awareness. Sometimes we meet people who will become part of our cause and that is very valuable.
Our first Cornhole Tournament was a great success!! So much fun and everyone brought their A-game! Held at the Guild in Pawtucket, RI during a week of crazy weather, not even tornado warnings kept people away.
We raised $815 and are already planning next year's event!
Plymouth’s Bark in the Park Festival featuring pet-friendly vendors, adoptable dogs and lots of activities for both the 2 and 4 legged members of your family. This annual event attracts people and their dogs to browse vendors and raise awareness for local rescue groups, and non-profits.
June 21st & September 6th at Bar-A-Mor in Newton, MA. An outside patio dining area turned into a dog-friendly space that holds regular Yappy Hour events. These events are designed to benefit dog welfare organizations. Jr's Paws for a Cause has partnered with them to hold awareness and fundraiser events to benefit Kyle's Legacy and Project Samana and other local shelters. .
Jr's Paws for a Cause 6th annual run/walk dog friendly 5k, benefitting Project Samaná, Ruff Tales Rescue, Shultz's Guest House and Kyle's Legacy. Despite the rain there were the most runner/walkers to date with many local vendors, and lots of opportunity to spread awareness and network.
Kyle‘s Legacy held another event in VR… And this was a big one! On January 21, 2023 we held a concert in the Metaverse and the legendary Death Row Records recording artist, Nanci Fletcher was headlining! From 8pm-10pm EST we had live performances from the incredibly talented Acoustic Energy , SirSaxy , Gerald SoulGee Stevens and Riot luv and closed out with Nanci!
This was a private ticketed event in AltSpace VR.
Divine Consign & Boutique hosted our favorite springtime private fundraiser! Lots of shopping to support this local business and our cause! This event allows us to share our mission and get the community involved.
